Still working this Radeon HD 5450 ???
This graphics card likes to overheat, even hot to the touch when at idle.
this was in my computer when i bought it and i tried playing just cause 2 but the video was 1/2 the speed of the audio. im upgrading immediately
for throwing thru window they are good like this HD 5450, better buy this new one HD 7730 ,she is litlle more expensive but it is 8 times better

God this guys an idiot. you CAN listen to audio when using HDMI, you just have to set it in playback devices.
on your desktop, right click on the audio icon which is on your taskbar, playback devices, right click the blank and click "show disabled devices" , then find the right device and enable it, and disable all other devices. btw this gpu is shit for anything besides htcp comps.

@ToObeyIsLifeGaming I was able to run WOW at 60fps 1080p with everything maxed out. That should give you perspective on how good this card is. But for the game Star Wars the Old Republic, I'm not sure. I'm sure it would run it though.
please answer me quickly. i bought this card on ebay for 30$ i currently have the old…old radeon x1300/x1500 on my cpu and i really need to upgrade, simply because when star wars the old republic comes out i need to be able to run it smoothly. i was wondering if you could tell me if this graphics card would work fine with star wars. the old graphics card i had installed ran WoW on 30+ fps in a 25 man raid. thanks!

@SilverStreamGaming Since you got the 2GB version, you should be able to max out Minecraft. But I don't know how to tell the difference between x1 and x16. Google it.

Hi I noticed you have a Dell Inspiron 531S or 530S and those only have a 250 watt PSU. And the 5450 required like 300 or 400 watt PSU. How has your machine not smoked up? And I found that the 4350 is the only capable card for these little systems. What do you think?
