Hey mate, I realize this is much late comment but I've been wondering how you removed those rivets holding the storage cage or your case has removable bays?
I found this card for under 100 euros and I'm not sure if it can fit my ancient case (Thermaltake v3 Black Edition) since cage cannot be removed.

Hey. Seeing as you are active. This might be a long shot but I have this card installed in my PC. Temperatures are fine but looking in my PC the fan blades on all 3 fans are quite dusty, but I don't particularly want to take it apart in case I have to replace the thermal pads and thermal paste. Do you have any tips on how to clean the fan blades without opening up the GFX card? Thanks

My computer has only two 6 ports plugs for the power. Is there an adapter to go from 6 to 8?
my card takes 2 8 pins… but I'm wondering if my power supply is outdated and doesn't have them or if I'm doing it wrong because I'm just flat out unable to plug the power in, I have 2 6 pin plugs, one of those has a 2 pin extension thing on it, and a 4 pin plug, that's it, it came with a single adapter that takes 2 6 pins and turns it into an 8 pin
